1、山东大学硕士学位论文摘要在2008年全球经济危机的席卷下，几乎任何企业都未能幸免的效益下降甚至亏损。此后提高质量、降低成本、提高顾客满意度成了大家研究的热门课题。对大多数公司来说优化物流是当前公司降低成本的有效手段。本论文在研究某公司的实际物流后进行优化，在投入尽可能少、建设周期尽可能短的情况下，做一些基本设施与布局的改进，迅速改变目前的生产物流与搬运现状，通过生产线工序的分解与重组，进行工序平衡性改进，解决一些现实的生产问题，为公司的快速发展提供支持和帮助。并且通过分析供应链给出解决供应链物流问题的整套方案，引入第三方物流的管理思路，为公司下步发展提
