1、探讨保妇康栓在妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎治疗中应用效果勃利县青山乡卫牛院154531摘要：目的探讨并分析保妇康栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效观察。方法此次研究的对象是选择112例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，对照组和观察组各56例，对照组患者采用5%碳酸氢钠液冲洗外阴、阴道治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用保妇康栓治疗，观察对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P&t;0.05)；观察组治疗后外阴灼热、瘙痒消失的时间，阴道分泌物消失的时间，以及阴道充血、糜烂消失的时间均明显少于
