4、tsthatareopentothesurfaceofmaterialorweldment1.3ThisprocedureshallbecertifiedbydemonstrationtothesatisfactionoftheAIpriortoimplementation.2.Personnel2.1Thepersonnelengagedinthepenetrantexaminationshallbequalifiedandcertifiedinaccordancewiththerequirementof“WrittenPracticeforNDEPersonnelTr

5、aining,Examination，QualificationandCertification”2.2TheoperatorshallbeatleastlevelⅠ.InterpretationofresultsshallonlybeperformedbyalevelⅡoralevelⅢpersonnel.3.WrittenProcedureRequirements3.1Requirements.Liquidpenetrantexaminationshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththiswrittenprocedure,whichshal
