1、夕卜固定支架治疗CooneyIV型侥骨远端骨折的临床应用［摘要］目的通过对CooneyIV型饶骨远端骨折使用外固定支架进行治疗，观察其骨折复位及后期功能恢复情况，并分别与石膏固定组和内固定组进行对比研宄，分析其治疗效果，从而指导挠骨远端骨折的临床治疗。方法2016年1〜10月，选择我院CooneyIV型桡骨远端骨折患者36例，随机分为三组，各12例。治疗6个月后根据Gartland和Werley腕关节评分标准比较各组治疗后腕关节功能恢复情况，并进行评分。结果外固定架组与石膏固定组腕关节功能评分比较，差异具有统计学意义，表明外固定架组疗

2、效较石膏固定组优越；外固定架组与钢板内固定组腕关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义，表明外固定架组疗效与钢板内固定组疗效无明显差异。结论外固定支架透视辅助下复位骨折，不切开和暴露骨折端，操作简便，固定可靠，术后6〜8周即可拆除外固定架，可早期令M行功能锻炼，无需二次手术，关节功能恢复满意，值得临床广泛推广和应用。［关键词］外固定；晓骨远端；骨折；CooneyIV:支架［中图分类号］R687.3［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-970118-0066-03Clinicalapplicationofexternalfixationinth

8、eendiseasytooperateandreliable.After6-8weeksofsurgery，theexternalfixationcanberemoved，whichcanoperateearlyfunc
