3、manufacturingenterprises.Afterdecadesofdevelopment,thecompanyhasmadeoutstandingachievementsinagriculturalplastic-filmmanufacturingfield.However,thesimplicityonsuperiorproduct,andtheproductresearchabilitycannotmeetthedemandsofmarket,haveseverelyrestrictthefurtherdevelopmen
4、toftheenterprise.Howtosolvethebottleneckrestrictionsofthecompany’sfurtherdevelopment,isthecompany’sseniorexecutives’firstproblem.Inthispaper,byanalyzingtheQYJTcompany’sinternalandexternalenvironment,effectivelyevaluatingthecompany’senvironment,whichlayagoodfoundationonthe
