1、优秀毕业论文广东医学院硕士学位论文摘要eIF4E、mTOR在胆管癌的表达及临床意义中文摘要目的检测eIF4E、mTOR在胆管癌中的表达水平,了解其表达水平与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润和转移等临床恶性表型之间的关系,探讨其在胆管癌侵袭转移中可能的作用,探讨mTOR/4E-BPl/eIF4E信号转导通路在介导胆管癌的发生、发展过程中的作用,筛选胆管癌侵袭和转移潜力的高危对象。方法采用免疫组化技术检测68例胆管癌组织、22例先天性胆总管囊肿及18例,正常胆管组织标本中elF4E和roTOR蛋白的表达水平;运用RT-PCR检测上述组织中elF4E和roTORm
