1、中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察及护理体会川北医学院附属第二医院四川绵阳四0四医院四川绵阳621000【摘要】目的：分析观察中丙医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及护理体会。方法：回顾分析2012年2月至2014年2月期间来我院就诊的89例慢性盆腔炎患者临床资料，将其随机分为研宄组和对照组两组，对照组45例患者，研究组44例患者。对照组患者给予常规抗感染治疗，研究组患者给予中丙医结合治疗，两组患者给予合理的护理措施，对比两组患者治疗1个月后的疗效，并对比1年内随访患者的复发率。结果：治疗1个月后，对照组痊愈40例，研究组痊愈44例，研宄组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0
2、5)。同时1年后对所有患者进行随访研宄组复发1例，对照组复发7例，研究组复发率明显低于对照组，差异兵有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中丙医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎,临床治疗疗效明显，有效地提高了临床治愈率，并且复发率较低，临床上患者无不良反应和并发症。【关键词】中丙医治疗；慢性盆腔炎；护理体会【中图分类号】R711.33【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674-8999(2015)6-0071-02【Abstract】objective:toanalysiscombinetraditionalChineseandwesternmedicinetreatmentofchronicpelvi
