1、妊娠期补钙补铁对预防妊娠期高血压疾病发生的临床疗效分析关淑艳（辽宁省盖州市妇幼保健院115200）【摘要】R的：探讨妊娠期间补钙补铁对于预防孕妇出现妊娠期高血压的临床价值。方法:对2012〜2013年我院收治的240例孕妇进行随机数字表法分组，每组各有孕妇120例，将孕屮期进行补钙补铁者归为观察组，并与孕屮期未补钙补铁的对照组进行比较，评价两组在预防妊娠期高血压疾病方面的效果。结果:观察组孕晚期的血清钙要较孕屮期时明显上升，差异明显（P<0.05）,而对照组前后无明显改变（P>0.05）；观察组

2、孕晚期的血红蛋闩量与未服钙剂、铁剂时比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05），而对照组孕晚期血红蛋白量有明显下降（P<0.05）。观察组妊娠期高血压的发生率为5.83%，与对照组的20.83%相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在妊娠期间为孕妇进行补钙补铁，能够有效降低妊娠期高血压的发生率，确保母婴安全，是今后临床做好妊娠期防控工作的有效途径之【关键词】妊娠期补钙补铁妊娠期高血压临床疗效【中图分类号】R714.24+6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2014)05-0080-
