2、化技术的不断发展，电子化招标采购作为一种高效、透明、环保的操作模式已在美国、欧盟、澳大利亚、韩国等国家政府采购领域取得很好的效果。而将电子化招标采购与传统的招标采购有效结合，也越来越受到我国招投标各方广泛关注。而且有些行业和企业已通过实践得以应用。研究——探讨——总结符合我国招标采购电子化发展趋势以及实践过程中存在的主要问题，并借鉴国外先进技术经验，留其精华，推动制定符合我国国情的电子招标采购制度，加快我国招标采购电子化发展进程，促进招标采购事业可持续发展。我相信在党中央国务院的高度重视和社会各方面的共同推动下，我国的招投标事业蓬勃发展，取得
