2、、推动企业技术创新的重要力量。但仅仅依靠传统的融资方式已经不能满足中小企业的发展需求，融资难已经成为了阻碍中小企业快速发展的重要障碍。本文首先指出我国中小企业的融资现状，然后分析目前中小企业的主要融资方式，并找出传统的融资方式不能解决中小企业融资难问题的主要原因；最后提出了新型的私募股权融资方式，对私募股权融资的概念、重要意义进行分析后，提出发展私募股权融资的具体措施。为帮助我国中小企业解决融资难题，实现中小企业持续发展提供参考。关键词：中小企业，融资方式，私募股权Bysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisefinancingwayinnovationAbstract:Th
