1、.服装企业供应链库存管理分析中文摘要随着市场、经济的全球化，服装行业的竞争异常激烈，而服装的需求变动性大，时效性强，整个服装供应链从制纱到成衣包括诸多环节，供应链比较长且存在诸多问题，因此对供应链的管理要求很高。市场竞争的激烈使得单一服装行业的管理已难以支撑企业的发展，这其中库存管理给企业造成很大的压力，是一个比较突出的难题，在此背景下，运用供应链管理技术与方法来解决服装供应链中存在的诸多问题，是比较有效的措施。本文主要尝试运用供应链管理思想来合理控制库存，寻求解决服装行业库存问题的策略。本文在对服装企业的流程和现状分析的基础上，针对其供应链库存管理现状进
