2、异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理5d、10d后，观察组胃泌素水平高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；住院时间比较,观察组为(32.50±1.13)d,比对照组的(42.51±1.11)d短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上，对早产儿行发展性照顾联合袋鼠式护理，可显著提商早产儿肠胃功能，促进其正常生长发育，缩短住院时间，值得临床及护理技术推广应用。［关键词］发展性照顾；袋鼠式护理；早产儿：生长发育［中图分类号］咐73.7［文献标识码］B［文章编号】1673-9701(2018)04-0142-04［Abstract］Objectiv
