1、护理干预对重型颅脑肿瘤患者围手术期应激性溃疡及抑郁程度的影响分析付新爱［摘要］目的：探讨护理干预对重型颅脑肿瘤患者围手术期应激性溃疡及抑郁程度的影响。方法：将60例重型颅脑肿瘤患者按照奇偶数字法随机地均分为对照组与观察组，各为30例。对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用护理干预。比较两组护理干预效果、护理前后日常生活能力(ADL)与屮国卒屮量表(CSS)评分、护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果：(1)观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(66.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；(2)两组护理干预前后

2、ADL及CSS评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01),且观察组护理干预后ADL及CSS量表评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；(3)两组护理干预SAS及SDS评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05〜0.01),丑观察组护理干预后SAS及SDS评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：护理干预对降低重型颅脑肿瘤患者围手术期应激性溃疡发生率以及在缓解患者抑郁程度具有十分重要的作用。［关键词］护理干预重型颅脑肿瘤应激性溃疡抑郁程度DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2014.27.19作者单位：274031山东菏泽，
