3、tionalHealthandSafetyActlabelingstandardintheUnitedStatesCodeofFederalRegulations29,Part1910,SubpartZ;b.ListedintheThresholdLimitValuesforChemicalSubstancesandPhysicalAgentsintheWorkEnvironment,AmericanconferenceofGovernmentalIndustrialHygienists,latestedition;c.Acarcinogenorpotenti

6、logramofbodyweight;(2)Hasamedianlethaldermaldoseofnotmorethan1,000milligramsperkilogramofbodyweight;(3)Hasmedianinhalationlethalconcentrationinairofnotmorethan2,000partspermillionbyvolumeofgasorvapor,ormorethan2milligramsperliterbutnotmorethan20milligramsperliterofmist,fumeordust;or
7、(4)Hasbeenfoundbythedirector(oftheBureauofLaborStandards),basedonestablishedscientificprinciples,tohavesignificantpotentialtocauseadverse,acuteorchronichealtheffects;orf.Amixturewhichisahealthhazardbasedonapplicationofthecriteriaathroughetothemixtureasawhole,orwhichcontainsmorethan1
