1、多根多处肋骨骨折患者行胸腔闭式引流的整体护理龙泉驿区中医医院四川成都610100【摘要】目的：观察分析对多跟多处肋骨骨折患者行胸腔闭式引流期间实施整体护理的方法与价值。方法：木研究纳入研究对象选择我院住院部在时间段2014年9月~2015年12月期间所收治多根多处肋骨骨折患者，所有患者确诊后均行胸腔闭式引流治疗，共60例。采取随机数字表方法进行分组，对照组、观察组中分别纳入30例患者作为研究对象。对照组患者实施常规护理措施干预方案，观察组患者实施整体护理措施干预方案。以护理有效率以及患者对护理工作的满意率为评价指标，对比
2、对照组、观察组患者在护理效果方面的差异。结果：经不同护理方法干预后，观察组患者护理总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著并且有统计学方面意义。观察组患者护理总满意率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著并且有统计学方面意义。结论：将整体性护理措施应用于对多跟多处肋骨骨折行胸腔闭式引流治疗患者的临床护理工作中，对提高护理有效率、改善护理满意率均有积极作用，可供临床推广应用。【关键词】肋骨骨折；胸腔闭式引流；整体护理[Abstract]Objective
