4、iculttodetectartificially.Ingeneral,whilethecrackdevelopstoacertainextentitwillruptureandcausedestructivebreakage1.Ifinchoatestressconcentrationandtinycrackofcrankshaftaredetectedon-linebyNon-DestructiveTesting(NDT)methods,thedieselcanbestoppedbeforethefulldevelopmentofthec
5、rackandthusrupturecanbeavoided.AnewNDTmethod,MMMTdevelopedrapidlyrecentyearswithadvantagesinsuchareasascheapandsimplesensors,measuringwithoutimpactingdieseloperationandlong-termon-linedetection.Therefore,therewillbeagreatforegroundtouseMMMTincrankshaftcrackdetection.2Dynami

7、olography,andMicrowaveTesting.Thesemethodshavetakenanimportantpartincrankshaftqualitycontrolandaccidentprevention.However,ontheotherhandthereareseveraldisadvantagesofthesemethods.Firstly,allofthemmustfindcracksalreadyformedandcannotdetectunexpectedones.Secondly,theyareunabl
