3、cyintheseburstsisquitedifierentfromtheconstantvalueintheearlierconclusion.Theobservationalturnoverfrequenciesareconsistentwiththecalculationsusingthenon—thermalgyro-synchrotronradiationmode1.Wlefindtheturnoverfrequencymayplayanimportantroleforcalculatingthe
