1、护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的临床应用研究【摘要】目的：研宄令o理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的临床应用效果，完善护理感控管理制度，提高护理质量，减少医院感染。方法：回顾性选取本院2014年8月-2015年7月收治的采用常规护理管理的老年住院患者1038例为对照组，实施强化护理感控管理后2015年8月-2016年7月收治的老年住院患者1372例为观察组，统计分析两组住院期间医院感染发生情况。结果：观察组护理期间医院感染12例，感染率为0.87%，显著低于对照组的41例；且观察组神经系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、泌尿系统患者医院感染分别为

2、4例、3例、1例、2例、2例、0，均显著低于对照组7例、9例、6例、7例、8例、4例，两组比较差异均有统计学意义；但两组其他疾病医院感染率比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：护理感控管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的临床应用效果好，特别是对神经系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、泌尿系统疾病患者，能够促进其医院感染率的降低，提高临床护理服务质量和生活质量，值得推广。【关键词】护理管理；老年患者；医院感染；临床应用ClinicalResearchofNursingManagementonthePreventionofHospitalInfectioninEl
