3、requencyultrasound(HFUS),evaluatethePathologicalfeaturesunderlightandtransmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM)．MethodsTenexperimentalcanineswereperformedwithmicrosurgicaloperationaftergeneralanesthesia．Thefusiformcarotidaneurysmsmodelwereconstructedbycuttingoffasegmentof1.5cmexternaljugularveinwithpeeloff

4、tunicaadventitiaofveinandthenend-to-endanastomosiswithcarotidartery．TheHFUSwereexaminedin2，4，12weeksandPathologicalfeatureswereevaluatedin6,12,24weeks(4modelsof2caninesforeach)aftersurgicalprocedure．Meanwhile,theothersof4caninescontinuetoobserveuntil24months.ResultsAllsucceededsurvivalof10dogsandtwe

5、ntyfusiformcarotidaneurysmmodelswereperformedsuccessfullywithasuccessratioof100%．HFUScouldclearlydemonstratethattheeddywasoccurrenceinintracavityoffusiformaneurysmresultedinintimal-thickening,atheromaplaqueandcalcificationontheinnerwallandhadtheexpandabilityincreasingandspallingtendencyinweeksaftert

6、heoperation.TheChangesregularityandtendencyofhemodynamicsmarkershadsignificantinStatisticaldataanalysisatdifferenttimesofoperation(onewayANOVA:P<0．05)．Histopathologicstudyshowedthattheaneurysmsmainlyinjurystresshyperplasiaat6,12weeksandadaptabilityremodelingat24weeksaftertheprocedurebyeffectsofthehe

7、modynamic.Buttherewas1casespontaneousrupturedandoccludedat12monthsfollowingsurgery.Histopathologicalexaminationshowedthatdifferentlevelshemorrhageintheaneurysmalwall,calcifiedfatplaquessuddenlybreakin
