7、glish;Chinese;culturaldifferences语言是文化的载体，人们的言行反应了一种意识或潜意识的文化涵义。而成语是被独特的表达并运用在它的使用过程中的习语。本论文论述的习语从广义上讲，也括成语、谚语，双寓言说,暗乐，等等。语言的措词不仅要很精确,切屮要点，而且要形象，生动，风趣。但由于习惯上的差异，生活、地理、历史、宗教信仰等因素，习语则承担起了民族性传达信息的任务。同一句话，不同文化背景的人的反应宥时是不同的，甚至会截然相反。究其原因，是说话双方没宥真正掌握对方的文化。大学英语教学的H的，是使学生在
