1、精准护理在神经外科多重耐药菌感染控制中的应用摘要：目的探讨精准护理在神?外科多重耐药菌感染控制中的应用。方法2014年3月〜2015年2月在神经外科住院的多重耐药菌感染患者有124例，为对照组，2015年3月〜2016年2月在神经外科住院的多重耐药菌感染患者192例，为观察组；对照组给予传统护理方法，对观察组患者采取一系列有针对性的精准护理措施，包括加强MDR0知识宣传教育、提高医务人员手卫生意识、采取正确的隔离防范措施等。然后对对照组和观察组感染情况进行对比分析，评价神经外科多重耐药菌感染控制效果。结果观察组与对照组的肿瘤多重耐药菌感染控制率分
2、别为74.50%(143/192)和45.2%(56/124),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。观察组的病人肺部感染、颅内感染、尿路感染等发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)o观察组的病人住院时间为(39.43±6.39)d,而对照组分别为(53.04±16.45)d,组间对比(P〈0・05)。结论相对传统护理方法,精准护理能更好控制神经外科多重耐药菌感染，从而缩短患者住院时间，促进患者康复。关键词：精准护理；神经外科；多重耐药菌ApplicationofPrecisionNursingintheControlofMulti-drug
