1、急性脑梗死患者纤维蛋白原功能与自由基SOD、MDA的临床研究(1柳州市柳铁中心医院神经内科广西柳州54500刀(2柳州市柳铁中心医院血液科广西柳州54500刀(3柳州市柳铁屮心医院老年病科广西柳州545007)(4柳州市柳铁中心医院检验科广西柳州54500刀摘要】目的:探讨纤维蛋白原功th(fibrinogenfunctionAnticoagulant,Fg)、白由基SOD和MDA在急性脑梗死发病屮的作用。方法:按CCS评分将100例急性缺血性脑卒屮病人分为轻型组、屮型组和重型组,并设立对照组100名,分别
2、采用双抗体夹心ELISA法、黄瞟吟氧化法和比色法动态测定脑梗死组及对照组发病后或入组后第1天、10天外周血浆Fg和SOD、MDA水平,分析其关系。结果:脑梗死组各时间点血浆Fg的水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);脑梗死组发病第1天,SOD水平明显低于对照组,MDA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),在10天,两组比较无显著性差异;急性脑梗死患者血浆Fg水平在发病第1、10天随着病情严重程度而升高,三组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而SOD和MDA水平只在发病第1天才与病情严重程度
