1、广董香内生真菌DiaporthelongicollaA616细胞毒活性次级代谢产物研究[摘要]为了研究广蕾香内生真菌DiaporthelongicollaA616的活性次级代谢产物。采用正相硅胶、C18反相、SephadexLH-20凝胶、HPLC等色谱技术从该菌株的发酵产物中分离得到了10个化合物,经波谱数据分析和文献比对,分别鉴定为1,3-diamino-1,3-dimethylurea(1),(7R,9R)-7-hydroxy-9-propyl-5-nonen-9-olide(2),ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol(3),(22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,
2、8(14)-22-tetraen-3-one(4),(22E,24R)-3B,5a-dihydroxy-6B-ergosta-7,22-diene(5),citreoisocoumarin(6),glycerolmonolinoleate(7),1-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl(E)-octadec-9-enoate(8),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Ala)(9),cyclo(L)-Pro-(L)-Vai(10),其中,化合物6~10为首次从Diaporthe属真菌中分离得到。体外细胞毒活性结果显示化合物4和5对肿瘤细胞株SF-268,MCF-7,NCI-H460和He

7、ytotoxicactivitydoi:10.4268/cjcmm20161122广蕾香Pogostemoncablin(Blanco)Benth.是民间传统的药用植物,主要用于湿浊中阻、暑湿倦怠、胸闷不舒、寒湿闭暑、腹疼腹泻、鼻渊头痛的治疗[1]。现代研究表明,广董香含有祜类、黄酮类、生物碱类等化学成分[2]。迄今国内外对广董香的研究主要集中在其化学成分和药理活性方面,而对其内生真菌活性及其次级代谢产物的研究鲜有报道。
