1、孕期体重管理配合无痛分娩对妊娠并发症及妊娠结局影响的临床观察核工业四一六医院四川省成都市610051摘要：目的：研究孕期体重管理配合无痛分娩对妊娠并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择2012年12月〜2014年9月在我院建立圉产期保健并决定在我院分娩的单胎初产孕妇344例。分为A组(孕期体重增长<=11.5kg,分娩时自愿选择无痛分娩，70例)，B组(孕期体重增长&t;=11.5kg,分娩时选择普通自然分娩，86例),C组(孕期体重增长>11.5kg,分娩时自愿选择无痛分娩,90例)，D组
2、(孕期体重增长>；H.5kg,分娩时选择普通自然分娩，98例)。孕期均进行体重管理。自愿选择无痛分娩的由专业的麻醉医师进行持续硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩。观察四组孕妇孕期时的情况、孕妇分娩时的情况以及孕妇分娩后新生儿及孕妇的情况。结果：A组的剖宫产率、产后2小时出血量及新生儿窒息发生率与B、C、D三组想比较均差异有显著性(P<0.05)o剖宫产率：A组为15.71%,B组为31.40%,C组为31.11%,D组为41.90%；产后2小时出血量：A组为175.42±44.62(ml),
3、B组为190.34±48.95(ml),C组为256.77±73.90(ml),D组为272.04±77.05(ml)；新生儿窒息发生率：A组为0%,B组为5.81%,C组为11.11%,D组为12.24%o结论：孕期体重管理配合无痛分娩能够降低剖宫产率，减少产后出血，预防新生儿窒息，进一步提高产科质量。关键词：孕期体重管理；无痛分娩；妊娠并发症；妊娠结局[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofcoordinat
