1、手术治疗胸节翳柱藤2018-03-2910:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期李振全［摘要］目的观察胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者行不同入路手术治疗的效果。方法选取2014年11月21日〜2017年门月20日我院脊柱外科收治的胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的患者64例，行后入路手术治疗的32例患者为后路组，行前入路手术治疗的32例患者为前路组。观察治疗的效果。结果行前入路手术治疗的患者术中出血量较少，并发症发生率均下降(PvO.05),两组患者术后VAS评分、ODI评分和Cobb角均低于手术前(PvO.05),伤椎前缘平均高度高于手术前(P<0.05),且前路组患者术后VAS评分、ODI评
