1、rTMS辅助改善抑郁发作患者临床症状及记忆障碍对比研究（1.长春市第穴医院吉林长春130052;2.K:春吉柴医院吉林松春130052）【摘要】目的：探讨rTMS辅助改善抑郁发作患者临床症状及记忆障碍影响。方法：选取抑郁发作患者60例，常规药物治疗，随机分成药物治疗组（对照组）和辅助rTMS治疗组（rTMS组）。rTMS组患者采用左侧前额叶治疗（10Hz、100%MT刺激总量750/次），每H—次；治疗前与治疗2周后分别进行SCL-90及MQ检查。结果：两组在治疗前SCL-90总分、记忆商数及各因子分相比无差异性（p〉0.05）。治疗后2周，rTMS组SCL-90总分下降明显，与对照组相比有差
2、异性（p<0.03）,两组各因子分rTMS组比对照组下降明显，躯体化、强迫、敌对、精神病性、其他因素无差别性（p〉0.05）,人际、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执有差别性（分别为p<0.01,p<0.03,p<0.05）；两组的记忆商数均有不同程度的提高，rTMS组高于对照组，但两组相比无差别性（p〉0.05）,记忆商数各因子分，指向记忆、指向记忆反应时、联想学习、无意义图形再认、人像特点联系记忆相比无差别性（p〉0.05）,图像自由回忆及其反应时两组相比有差别性（p<0.03,p<0.01）o结论：rTMS在改善抑郁症临床症状方面具有提效和增效的作用，可以提高一定的记忆力水平，尤其是改善图像自由回忆
