1、我国体育社会组织治理结构分析摘要：在组织场域分析框架下，跳出“国家中心论”和“社会中心论”关注单一方面的分析限制，将探讨的焦点还原至国家权威与社会力量的实际互动过程中，以全国性单项运动协会和社区草根体育组织为例，从它们各自的组织发展基本状况、政府与组织关系、国际体育组织参与以及组织与社会抗争4个层面展开分析，并在此基础上就其治理结构进行比较。通过比较分析，旨在说明在现有的制度环境下，我国体育社会组织自身所具有的组织特点和发展规律，以及其在不同场域中所扮演的角色以及发挥的作用，从而立足于现有制度下提倡政府适度嵌入到体育社会组织之中，逐步让渡空间，坚

7、rassrootssportsorganization；organizationfielddomain；China关于体育社会组织发展问题的探讨，我国学者多从“国家中心论”和“社会中心论”展开讨论。不管从哪种视角出发，由于进行了分析预设，在解释体育社会组织发展过程中就容易产生局限性。为了避免这一局限性，以及更加客观真实地呈现在国家与社会关系实际面貌和变迁趋势下我国体育社会组织的发展脉络，本研究选择了组织场域这一分析视角。首先它与之前学界以令W育社会组织本身作为研宄焦点大为不同，其重点关注中观层面的分析，是以体育社会组织为主体的组织场域作为分析单位
