1、广州新海医院住院药房退药情况分析高思明（广州新海医院药剂科广东广州510300）【摘要】目的：通过住院药房退药分类统计，分析退药原因，比较各种退药原因中可控因素和不可控因素所占的比例，提出改进措施，以减少退药事件发牛.，保证药品质量，维护患者安全用药权益。方法:采用回顾性分析调查新海医院2014年7〜12月份的退药单，对退药原因、退药科室、退药金额进行统计，分析住院患者的退药情况。结果：广州新海医院2014年7〜12月共收集到4566张退药单，总退药金额达673992.75元。各类退药原因中，不可控因素（转科/院、死亡、过敏）占8.14%;而可控因素（改/停用医嘱、
