1、分析瑞芬太尼与芬太尼在腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果南华大学附属南华医院麻醉科湖南衡阳421001【摘要】目的分析瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜手术麻醉处理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年12月至2015年6月间收治的76例行腹腔镜手术患者资料，根据手术麻醉用药的不同，将患者分为两组，每组各38例病例，对照组利用芬太尼对患者进行麻醉维持，观察组利用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉维持，对比两组患者气管插管后5分钟及气管导管拔出后分钟的的血流动力学变化、麻醉苏醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、不良反应等情况。结果观察组患者气管插管后5分钟及拔管后5分钟，其血流动力学变化不明显，且小于对照组，对比差异

2、显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间及离开手术室时间均早于对照组，只有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组中有2例患者发生不良反应，主要表现为恶心，发生率为5.3%。对照组中有9例患者发生不良反应，其中恶心呕吐8例、皮疹1例，发生率为23.7%。两组患者在不良反应发生率上差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼具备较好的麻醉效果，使腹腔镜手术的安全性得到较大提升。【关键词】瑞芬太尼；腹腔镜手术；麻醉处理[Abstract]Objective：toanalyzetheeffectofremifen
