1、NLR对非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征冠脉血栓形成的预测作用潘连连朱立飞(浙江省台州市三门县屮医院检验科317100)【摘要】目的:探讨屮性-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)患者冠脉血栓形成的预测价值。方法:测定142例NSTEACS患者、80稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者和50例健康人全血白细胞计数(WBC)、屮性粒细胞(Neu)和淋巴细胞(Ly)比例,计算Neu/Ly比值(NLR),将NSTEACS患者分为冠脉血栓组和无血栓组,计算各指标的敏感度(Sen),特异
2、度(Spec)、阳性预测值(PV+)和阴性预测值(PV_),并以ROC曲线评价各指标的诊断效能。结果:NSTEACS组WBC、Neu和NLR水平均显著高于(Ly低于)SAP组和正常对照组(P<0.001)。血栓组Ly水平显著低于而其余各指标水平以及各指标阳性率均显著高于无血栓组(P<0.01),血栓组NLR阳性率(89.5%)最高。NLR对冠脉血栓形成的敏感度和阴性预测值最高,其ROC曲线K面积[0.877,95%CI(0.822-0.913)]高于其余各指标,其诊断临界值为2.80,
