4、nlimitations.Biofortificationofzincinfood,asanewmethodforzincsupplementation,hasbecomeahotspotinthisfield.Rice,asecondpredominantstaplefood,hasbeenwidelyusedforzincbiofortification.Inthispaper,traditionalzincsupplementationandbiofortificationofzincinricearesummarizedanddiscussed.Throughi
5、mprovingagronomicmanagement,inparticularincreasingmicronutrientfertilizerapplicationtoimprovethezinccontentintheplantisconsideredtobeaneffectivewaytoimprovehumanzincnutrition.Thispaperanalyzesthepresentsituationofhumanzincsupplementationapproach,andelaboratesthecharacteristicsofagronomic
