1、H型高血压与冠心病、脑梗死的相关性探讨邵阳市中心医院湖南邵阳422000【摘要】目的：探究临床H型高血压与冠心病、脑梗死的相关性。方法：选择2016年1月-2016年6月间我院收治的76例H型高血压患者为研宄对象，根据颅脑MRI和冠状动脉造影的检查结果将其分为H型高血压组(37例)、冠心病组(20例)和脑梗死组(19例)。对上述3组患者均选择同期进行血压测量，同时抽血进行血糖、血脂、三酰甘油以及血浆同型半胱氨酸的测定，并对上述数据进行分析。结果：3组之间的单因素分析结果显示，血压、血糖、血脂及三酰甘油相比较，差

2、异无统计学意义(P>；0.05)；而血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的比较，冠心病组与脑梗死组均显著高于H型高血压组，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的升高是冠心病与脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论：临床H型高血压与冠心病和脑梗死的发病关系密切，同时高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的升高也大大增加了罹患冠心病与脑梗死的风险。【关键词】H型高血压；冠心病；脑梗死；血浆同型半胱氨酸[Abstract]objective：toexploretheclinicalH
