1、宫缩乏力性产后出血的无创性护理探索和研究蒋萍（丙昌市人民医院四川凉山615000）【摘要】目的：分析探讨宫缩乏力产后出血产妇给予无创性护理的方法和效果。方法：选取2011年1月〜2016年1月我院妇产科收治的98例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例，对照组给予常规产后出血治疗及护理措施，观察组患者在此基础上给予无创性护理。对比分析两组患者止血时间、出血量以及产妇宫缩情况。结果：对照组患者平均止血时间为64.7±3.9min,平均出血量为684.1±25.4ml，患者2h后宫缩恢复正常29人,恢复率59.1%。观察组患者平均
2、止血时间为38.4±8.7min,平均出血量为526.4±61.2ml,患者2h后宫缩恢复正常39人，恢复率79.5%,两组患者对比只有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：无创性护理针对宫缩乏力产后出血产妇，能有效的改善产妇宫缩情况，降低产妇出血量，提高产妇止血时间，且能有效的促进患者宫腔内淤血的排除，保证产妇的牛.命安全和健康，适合在临床上广泛推广和使用。【关键词】宫缩乏力；产后出血；无创性护理【中图分类号】R473.72【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）21-0060-02Noninvasivecareexplorationandr
