1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要IT行业由于是一个完全开放的竞争行业，一直被公认为市场变化最快，技术更新最快，竞争最激烈的行业，这个行业是快鱼吃慢鱼的行业，无论曾经多么辉煌，多么庞大的巨头企业，如果不能适应日新月异的行业快速变化，都将很快被行业淘汰，消亡。本文通过分析和分析T公司一个8核高端智能机的项目，并通过剖析实际项目进行过程中的问题案例，深入地分析了国内典型IT设计行业项目管理中遇到的种种问题，并结合项目管理的各种工具：项目计划书，WBS任务分解表，SWOT分析，DFMEA等。详细介绍了一个优秀的项目经理应如何处理应对项目中面临的各种

2、问题，在项目管理中应如何协调项目进度，项目成本管控与项目质量管控；应如何协调各设计部门，设计部门同供应链部门，设计部门同质量部门之间的关系。阐述了在当下这种快节奏，高成本压力，高品质要求的行业环境下，高效的项目管理就显得尤为重要,项目经理在IT设计公司的作用尤为明显。优秀的项目管理，需要同时监控项目的进度，成本，品质风险。优秀的项目经理，需要有深厚的专业背景，优秀的沟通能力，强大的控制力，以与敏锐的市场反应和判断力，在项目进度保证的前提下，需要综合协调各方面的资源，达到项目的平衡和最终目标。提出了必须以项目为导向的现代IT设计公司的管理
