3、roupwasgivenequalvolumeofdistilledwater,themodelgroupgavageofsodiumvalproate100mg/kg,LCgroupsweregavageofsodiumvalproatein100mg/kg,onegroupreceivedLC0.25g/kg,secondgroupweregivenLC0.5g/kg,thethirdgroupwasgivenLC1.0g/kg,administered1timesdaily,for21days.At24hafterthelastadmini
4、stration,rattailveinblood2ml.,usingALTandASTkitandOLYMPUSmultifunctionautomaticbiochemicalanalyzerforthedeterminationofbiochemicalindexinserumalanineaminotransferase(ALT)andaspartateaminotransferase(AST)level.Detectionoflivertissue,usingthemethodofxanthineoxidaseandsuperoxide
5、dismutase(Superoxide,Dismutase,SOD)activityandmalondialdehyde(MDA)content.Theanatomyofratlivertissue,andpathologicalobservationoflivertissueofeyeviewofchangepartofthelivertissuewastakenandfixedin10%formalin,embeddedinparaffin,slicedandstainedwithHE,observedthepathologicalchan
6、gesofliverunderlightmicroscope.Results:Successfullyestablishedtheliverpathologicaldamagemodelinducedbysodiumvalproate.Modelgroupcomparedwiththenormalgroup,theserumlevelsofALT,ASTwereincreasedsignificantly.AfteroraladministrationofLCinacuteliverinjuryanimalserumALT,ASTweredecr
