1、万方数据摘要摘要本文对城乡统筹进程中西部地区农村土地流转问题进行研究，通过对城乡统筹与农村土地流转的基本内涵做到清晰界定，对城乡统筹与农村土地流转的相互关系做到清楚知晓，对西部地区农村土地流转的存在的问题、问题原因进行完整归纳，最终找到实现西部地区农村土地流转的有效途径，以实现西部地区在农村土地的有序流转。以此达到在制定城乡统筹政策的过程中充分考虑农村土地流转的目的，为城乡统筹进程中农村土地的有序流转提供参考模板，为解决西部地区的农村土地流转问题提供对策建议。具体来说，首先是搞清城乡统筹与农村土地流转的各自内涵与
