1、-------摘要高炉风口是高炉送热风的关键部件,高炉生产过程中增加热风量时,需破坏直吹管内封泥(烧结后),使热风从围管流向高炉内部;且发生意外情况如突然停风、断电使炉顶掉料,炉内渣铁灌入风口时,需对堵塞在风口内渣铁进行清理,恢复高炉生产。针对以上问题运用凿岩机工作原理设计高炉开风口机,为取得良好的凿进效果,对其进行仿真分析并优化。运用气体动力理论,即考虑气体绝热充气过程和气体的压缩特性等,对高炉开风口机进行数学建模,根据数学模型建立simulink仿真模型。改变模型中主要结构参数和活塞运动的摩擦系数,分
2、析其对高炉开风口机主要性能的影响,即冲击能、冲击频率等,根据最优凿进原则,即功率相同情况下冲击能越大冲击频率越低凿进效果越好,对高炉开风口机进行优化。最终得到最优凿进效果下的主要结构参数和摩擦系数。研究发现,高炉开风口机工作过程中,当钎杆发生共振时,钎杆发生径向大位移扰动,严重影响其对冲击能的传递效率。按照振动特性理论将钎杆转化为弹簧质量系统,建立振动特征模型,施加边界条件对钎杆进行模态分析,分析钎杆在预应力下的振动固有频率和振型,避免钎杆某阶固有频率与冲击频率相同而发生共振,导致钎杆发生大扰度变形而影响
