1、中文摘要2013年我国的房地产市场依旧十分火爆，房价和交易量依然是进一步走高。这与中央政府调控房价的目标背道而驰，所以中共中央为了将房价控制在合理水平，也将会进一步的出台新的政策，这会让房地产企业感到诸多不适。因此，房地产企业也在积极的向房地产行业的边沿拓展市场，寻找新的利润增长空间，于是有很多的房企盯上了养老地产这个行业。另外，由于我国人口的老龄化日益严重，消费者们对养老产业的要求也越来越高，这样使得我国养老地产行业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。本文采用了文献分析法、案例分析法和探索性分析法，借鉴国外发达国家在养老地产领域的先进经验，比较分析了我国与国外养老地产行业的发展情况。最后，笔者通过对
