1、摘要摘要中国石油天然气集团公司(简称“中石油集团”)是中国油气行业占主导地位的最大的油气生产和销售商。中石油集团广泛从事与石油、天然气有关的各项业务,主要包括:原油和天然气的勘探、开发、生产和销售;原油和石油产品的炼制、运输、储存和销售;基本石油化工产品、衍生化工产品与其他化工产品的生产和销售;天然气、原油和成品油的输送与天然气的销售。作为中石油集团下属的主营天然气业务的分公司,中国石油天然气与管道分公司(简称“中石油集团天然气分公司”)的业务不仅影响着集团公司整体业绩,而且肩负着保障国家能源安全的重任。因此,对其发展战略进行分析具有重要现
2、实意义。本文根据“由表与里、由粗与细”的思路,采用“PEST”分析法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等手段,对中石油集团天然气分公司的外部环境、战略制定、战略实施等进行逐层分析,探求其应采取的最佳发展战略。一方面,为业界对中石油集团天然气分公司发展方向的判断,提供相应参考;另一方面,为其今后战略决策,提出相关建议。关键词中石油业务发展战略“PEST”分析法波特五力模型SWOT分析IAbstractAbstractChinaNationalPetroleumCorporation(“CNPC”)isthelargestoil&gasproduce
