1、摘要本试验采用新城疫LaSota种毒通过鸡胚尿囊腔内接种增殖，收集尿囊液检测血凝价，用10%福尔马林进行灭活制备水相，与Sieppic公司（法国）MONTANIDEISA206佐剂制成新城疫油乳剂灭活苗。并对新城疫油乳剂灭活苗进行无菌检验、物理性状检验、安全性检验、稳定性观察，最后用所制备新城疫油乳剂灭活苗和美迪安鸡新城疫传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗分别免疫28日龄雏鸡和350日龄蛋鸡。免疫后不同时段采血，用血凝抑制试验方法测定HI抗体滴度。比较了新城疫油乳剂灭活苗和美迪安鸡新支二联活疫苗对不同日龄鸡的免疫效果。结果表明，所制备的新城疫油包水型

2、油乳剂灭活疫苗各项检验合格。在4℃冰箱冷藏6个月后不分层稳定。鸡新城疫油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫后，HI抗体检测表明，对28日龄雏鸡免疫7d后可产生7.05log2的抗体；15d，HI抗体效价最高为9.53log2；至90d后HI抗体5.95log2。对350日龄产蛋鸡免疫7d后产生抗体7.1log2；45dHI抗体效价最高为11.1log2。90d后抗体效价为8.9log2。比较美迪安鸡新城疫传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗免疫产生的HI抗体滴度高，持续期长。关键词：新城疫；疫苗；油乳剂灭活苗Newcastlediseaseoilemulsioninac
