1、2015年第36卷第1期增刊复方黄芪制剂对鸡新城疫灭活疫苗免疫效果的影响111112■刘明生甘辉群贺生中傅宏庆谭菊徐勇（1.江苏农牧科技职业学院，江苏泰州225300；2.江苏苏鹏禽业发展有限公司，江苏海安226661）摘要：为探讨复方黄芪制剂对鸡新城疫灭活疫苗免疫效果的影响，将300只7日龄海兰褐雏鸡随机分成Ⅰ组（低剂量添加组）、Ⅱ组（中剂量添加组）、Ⅲ组（高剂量添加组）、Ⅳ组（阴性对照组）和Ⅴ组（阳性对照组）。7日龄时，除阴性对照组不免疫外，其余各组鸡均颈背部皮下注射新城疫灭活疫苗，0.25ml/羽，同时Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别按10g/kg、20g/kg和40g/kg体重
2、，灌服复方黄芪制剂，每天1次，连续5d。然后在免疫后第7、14、21、28d和35d时，从各组中随机选取8只健康鸡无菌采集心血1.0ml，分离血清，用于鸡新城疫HI抗体、SOD和IFN-γ的测定。结果表明：新城疫HI抗体效价，血清中SOD和IFN-γ的活性或浓度，复方黄芪中剂量均高于其余各组，且与低剂量添加组、阳性对照组相比，呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01)。说明复方黄芪按20g/kg体重的剂量给雏鸡口服，能明显提高雏鸡的新城疫HI抗体水平，同时也能提高雏鸡SOD和IFN-γ的水平关键词：复方黄芪；鸡新城疫灭活疫苗；ND-HI抗体效价；SOD；IFN-
