1、前提方案控制程序1、目的  规定前提方案的编制步骤和实施方法，确保前提方案与组织有关食品安全的需求相适应，并能满足如下目的。a) 控制食品安全危害通过工作环境进入产品的可能性；b) 控制产品的生物、化学和物理污染，包括产品之间的交叉污染；c) 控制产品和产品加工环境的食品安全危害水平。2、范围   适用于公司所有前提方案的策划和实施管理。3、职责3.1质量、食品安全小组负责前提方案的策划，包括编制组织、审核，以及实施的监视。3.2管理者代表负责前提方案的批准。3.3各部门参与和配合前提方案的策划，编制、执行和落实本部门负
