3、,duetoitsbioinertandnon-toxi,itcanexitinhumanbodysteadilyforlongtime,asaperfectreinforcingmaterial,CFhasnotonlygoodhisto-compatibilityandnorejectionreactiontobody,butalsooriginalboneinducedability,relyingontheadvantagesoftheabove,CFisalreadywidelyusedinmedical,lifescienc
4、eandotherfields。Hydroxyapatite(HA)isthemajorinorganiccomponentsofnaturalbonewhichprocessesgoodbiocompatibilityandbiologicalactivity,however,thebrittlenessofHAlimitsitsuses。InordertoimprovethebrittlenessofHA,weusedCFasreinforcerandpreparedcarbonfiber/in-situnanoHAcoatingr
5、einforceHAcomposite。DuetothegreatmechanicalpropertiesandbiocompatibilityofCF,thecompositewillhavegreatapplicationprospectsandvalue。ButthebigdifferentofthermalexpansioncoefficientbetweenHAandCFwillaffectthemechanicalpropertiesofcomposite,therefore,itisnecessarytohavetheCF
6、surfacewithsurfacetreatmenttoimprovetheinterfacebondingofCFandHA。Theresearchcontentandconclusionsofthispartarelistedasfollows:(1)CalciumphosphatecoatingwaspreparedonPAN-basedcarbonfibersbyusingelectrochemicaldeposition,thepreparedHAcoatingswerecharacterizedbyscanningelec
7、tronmicroscope(SEM),energydispersivespectroscopy(EDS)andpolarizationcurvestostudyonhowtoprepareHAcoatingwithexcellentcrystalstructure.Inthispaper,processparameterslikecurrentdensity,depositiontimeandpatternsetc.arecontrolledanddeterminedtoresearchthegeneralregularitiesof
8、preparingHAPcoatings.TheresearchshowsIII----thatvoltageandcurrentvaluesaffectthecomponentsandstructures
