3、s,duetoitsbioinertandnon-toxi,itcanexitinhumanbodysteadilyforlongtime,asaperfectreinforcingmaterial,CFhasnotonlygoodhisto-compatibilityandnorejectionreactiontobody,butalsooriginalboneinducedability,relyingontheadvantagesoftheabove,CFisalreadywidelyusedinmedical,lifesci
4、enceandotherfields。Hydroxyapatite(HA)isthemajorinorganiccomponentsofnaturalbonewhichprocessesgoodbiocompatibilityandbiologicalactivity,however,thebrittlenessofHAlimitsitsuses。InordertoimprovethebrittlenessofHA,weusedCFasreinforcerandpreparedcarbonfiber/in-situnanoHAcoa
5、tingreinforceHAcomposite。DuetothegreatmechanicalpropertiesandbiocompatibilityofCF,thecompositewillhavegreatapplicationprospectsandvalue。ButthebigdifferentofthermalexpansioncoefficientbetweenHAandCFwillaffectthemechanicalpropertiesofcomposite,therefore,itisnecessarytoha
6、vetheCFsurfacewithsurfacetreatmenttoimprovetheinterfacebondingofCFandHA。Theresearchcontentandconclusionsofthispartarelistedasfollows:(1)CalciumphosphatecoatingwaspreparedonPAN-basedcarbonfibersbyusingelectrochemicaldeposition,thepreparedHAcoatingswerecharacterizedbysca
7、nningelectronmicroscope(SEM),energydispersivespectroscopy(EDS)andpolarizationcurvestostudyonhowtoprepareHAcoatingwithexcellentcrystalstructure.Inthispaper,processparameterslikecurrentdensity,depositiontimeandpatternsetc.arecontrolledanddeterminedtoresearchthegeneralreg
