1、探讨中药三煎内服外洗治疗颈腰腿痛的疗效与护理【摘要】目的探讨中药三煎内服外洗治疗颈腰腿痛的疗效与护理效果。方法200例�i腰腿痛的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各100例。对照组患者给予中药头煎二煎内服治疗；观察组患者给予中药头煎二煎内服后，三煎用药渣药液热敷外洗局部治疗与护理。比较两组治疗护理前后的颈腰腿痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗前，两组患者颈腰腿痛VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者颈腰腿痛VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降，

2、且观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，明显高于对照组的78.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中药头煎二煎内服后，三煎用药渣药液热敷外洗局部治疗颈腰腿痛，配合有效的护理措施，疗效显著而不增加患者的费用，值得临床广泛应用与推广。中国6/vie　　【关键词】中药三煎内服外洗；颈腰腿痛；疗效；护理　　DOI：10.14163/j.ki.11-5547/r.2017.04.070　　【Ab
