1、中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床研究【摘要】　　【目的】观察中药煎剂内服外洗对复发性尖锐湿疣临床复发的影响。【方法】采用半随机单盲法将１２８例患者分为２组，治疗组６５例在微波除疣治疗的基础上，同时给予口服薏苡仁甘草汤煎剂加自拟消疣汤煎剂外洗患处皮损，每天１次；对照组６３例给予单纯微波除疣治疗。两组均以１个月为１个疗程。观察两组治疗３个疗程内及随访６个月内临床复发情况。【结果】治疗１、２、３个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为３７例（５６９２％）、２５例（３８４６％）、１１例（１６９２％），对照组分别为５２例（８２５４％）、４７例（７４６０％）、

2、３６例（５７１４％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。随访２、４、６个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为１２例（１８４６％）、１４例（２１５４％）、１５例（２３０８％），对照组分别为４１例（６５０８％）、４５例（７１４３％）、４６例（７３０２％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。【结论】中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣具有较好的近期和远期疗效。【关键词】尖锐湿疣／中药疗法；薏苡仁甘草汤／治疗应用；消疣汤／治疗应用；外治法　　Abstract：ObjectiveToobservethetherapeuticeffectof9
