1、中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床研究3450FG10BJ0EAA61—>http://【摘要】【目的】观察中药煎剂内服外洗对复发性尖锐湿疣临床复发的影响。【方法】采用半随机单盲法将128例患者分为2组，治疗组65例在微波除疣治疗的基础上，同时给予口服薏苡仁甘草汤煎剂加自拟消疣汤煎剂外洗患处皮损，每天1次；对照组63例给予单纯微波除疣治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察两组治疗3个疗程内及随访6个月内临床复发情况。【结果】治疗1、2、3个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为37例(5692%)、25例(3846°%)、11例(1692%)，对照组分别为52例(8254%)

2、、47例(7460%)、36例(5714%)，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<005)。随访2、4、6个月内治疗组临床复发例数分别为12例(1846%)、14例(2154%)、15例(2308%)，对照组分别为41例(6508%)、45例(7143%)、46例(7302%)，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<005)。【结论】中药煎剂内服外洗治疗复发性尖锐湿疣具有较好的近期和远期疗效。【关键词】尖锐湿疣/中药疗法；薏苡仁甘草汤/治疗应用；消统汤/治疗应用；外治法Abstract:ObjectiveToobservethetherapeuticeffectoforaluse
