1、不同冠状动脉病变程度患者血高敏C反应蛋白和尿酸的变化和意义张军诸暨市第三医院内科311825摘要：目的：探讨不同冠状动脉病变程度的冠心病(CHD)患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿酸(UA)水平相关性及其临床意义。方法：经冠状动脉造影检查者168例作为研究对象，根据冠状动脉病变指数，分为单支病变组40例，双支病变者47例，多支病变组45例和冠状动脉造影正常的对照组36例。测定血浆hs-CRP、UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)和Gensini积分。结果：CHD各组血浆hs-CRP、血清中UA水平明显高于对照

2、组(P<0.01)，血浆中hs-CRP水平与UA、WC、BMI、WHR、TC、LDL-C、Gensini积分呈显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),均衡年龄、血脂、肥胖等因素影响后，hs-CRP和UA与Gensini积分存在相关性。结论：冠心病患者血浆CRP、UA水平明显增高，并与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关，可以反应心肌受损的程度，具有重要的临床意义。关键词：C反应蛋白；尿酸；冠状动脉疾病CorrelationofUricAcidandHigh-SensitivityC-ReactiveProteinwithSeverityofCoronaryArteryDi
