3、ommissionmandateM/128,Productsrelatedtoconcrete,mortarandgrout,givenundertheEUConstructionProductsDirective(89/106/EEC),andisintendedtoleadtoCEmarking.ThedateofapplicabilityofEN1504-2asaharmonizedEuropeanStandard,i.e.thedateafterwhichthisstandardmaybeusedforCEmarkingpurpose
4、s,issubjecttoanannouncementintheOfficialJournaloftheEuropeanCommunities.TheCommissioninconsultationwithMemberStateshasagreedatransitionperiodfortheco-existenceofharmonizedEuropeanStandardsandtheircorrespondingnationalstandard(s).Itisintendedthatthisperiodwillcompriseaperiod
5、,usuallyninemonths,afterthedateofavailabilityoftheEuropeanStandard,duringwhichanyrequiredchangestonationalregulationsaretobemade,followedbyafurtherperiod,usuallyof12months,fortheimplementationofCEmarking.Attheendofthisco-existenceperiod,thenationalstandard(s)willbewithdrawn
