2、nsusofthosesubstantiallyconcernedwithitsscopeandprovisions.Itisintendedasaguidetoaidthemanufacturer,theconsumer,andthegeneralpublic.TheexistenceofanAmericanNationalStandarddoesnotinanyrespectprecludeanyone,whetherhehasapprovedthestandardornot,frommanuf
3、acturing,marketing,purchasing,orusingproducts,processes,orproceduresnotconformingtothestandards.Usersarecautionedtoobtainthelatesteditions.TheAmericanNationalStandardsInstitutedoesnotdevelopstandardsandwillinnocircumstancesgiveaninterpretationofanyAmer
4、icanNationalStandard.Moreover,nopersonshallhavetherightorauthoritytoissueaninterpretationofanAmericanNationalStandardinthenameoftheAmericanNationalStandardsInstitute.CAUTIONNOTICE:ThisAmericanNationalStandardmayberevisedorwithdrawnatanytime.Theprocedur
